Coffee extraction is controlled with programmable pre-infusion or pulse brew and digital temperature control. Brewer offers digital temperature control and accuracy, automatic warmer shutoff, and dual voltage adaptability. Brewer can operate at 120V/15 amp or 120/208-240V/20 amp. Decanters are sold separately. Brewer is UL listed for commercial and industrial use. Brewer must be connected to a cold water system.
